Incredibly juicy and delicious

Pulled Pork

Pulled Pork is a simple recipe for the juiciest, most delicious, melt-in-your-mouth pork. Use it in tortillas, sandwiches, burgers, and more.

Pulled Pork
Is there anything more delicious than shredded pork that melts in your mouth? We absolutely love it, and this recipe is incredibly versatile. A couple of years ago, we shared a shredded chicken recipe made in an Instant Pot, and today we’re excited to present a pulled pork recipe cooked slowly in a cast iron pot in the oven until it becomes tender and perfect. You won’t need many ingredients, and the preparation is simple and quick. Most of the work will be done by the oven. Who doesn’t appreciate recipes like that?

Juicy pulled pork

These are the top reasons why we adore this recipe:

  • slow-roasted juicy pork chuck, perfect for shredded pork
  • dairy-free and gluten-free
  • use it in different sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads, and soups
  • stores well in the fridge or freezer
  • most of the work will be done by your oven
